**Shipping Policy**

Welcome to Nellie's Way Beauty! We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our shipping policy. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but occasionally there may be discrepancies. If we can't fulfill your entire order, we'll send the available items and offer you the choice to wait for the backordered item or request a refund.

**2. Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination during checkout. You'll be charged for shipping at the time of purchase, and this will be the final cost.

**3. Returns**

**3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind**
We do not accept returns based on a change of mind. However, if you encounter any issues with the item you've purchased, our customer service team may request evidence of the problem. If you believe there is a valid issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping remains your responsibility, and upon our acceptance of the return, we will issue a store credit. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

**3.2 Warranty Returns**
At Nellie's Way Beauty, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind. **4.1 Transit Time Domestically**
Domestic shipments generally take 2 - 7 days to arrive.

**4.2 Transit time Internationally**
International orders vary in transit time (4 - 22 days) depending on the chosen courier. You can get a more specific estimate during checkout.

**4.3 Dispatch Time**
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates on weekdays, except for national holidays.

**4.4 Change Of Delivery Address**
You can change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.

**4.5 P.O. Box Shipping**
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

**4.6 Military Address Shipping**
We can ship to military addresses using USPS but not through courier services.

**4.7 Items Out Of Stock**
If an item is out of stock, we'll send the in-stock items immediately and the remaining items once they're back in stock.

**4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded**
If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate.

**5. Tracking Notifications**
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your shipment's progress based on updates from the shipping provider.

**6. Parcels Damaged In Transit**
If you receive a damaged parcel, reject it if possible, or contact our customer service for further instructions.

**7. Duties & Taxes**

**7.1 Sales Tax**
Sales tax is included in the displayed price of goods.

**7.2 Import Duties & Taxes**
For international shipments, import duties and taxes are pre-paid and won't require additional fees upon arrival in the destination country.

**8. Cancellations**
You can cancel your order before it's dispatched. If it's already shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

**9. Insurance**

**9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit**
We'll refund or replace a damaged parcel after the courier completes their investigation.

**9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit**
For lost parcels, we'll refund or replace after the courier conducts their investigation and confirms the loss.
