Directions:

1. Wash your hands and face.
2. Apply your favorite Aniise Moisturizer or Face Oil to your face and neck. (Don't use gua sha on bare skin.)
3. Warm your gua sha by rubbing it between your hands.
4. Using upward motion diagonally starting from your neck to your face.
5. Repeat each motion 5 times.
6. Hold your face tightly with one hand while swiping the gua sha with your other hand.
