Botanical name: Origanum Marjorana
Part of plant used: Leaves and flowering tops.
Extraction method: Steam distillation. 

Description: Marjoram Oil is extracted from the fresh or dried leaves and flowering tops of the plant by steam distillation. It has a warm, slightly spicy smell. It has warming and relaxing properties. 

Precautions: Marjoram Oil is contraindicated during pregnancy.  Do not use if pregnant.

Co-blenders: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Roman and German chamomile, Cypress, Lavender, Mandarin, Sweet Orange, Rosemary and Ylang-ylang.

Perfumery Note: Middle.
